The Texas Opportunity & Justice Incubator (TOJI) invites members of the African American Lawyers Section to apply for its fifth cohort beginning in January 2020.

TOJI is the flagship program of the State Bar of Texas addressing the justice gap. We support Texas lawyers who are building sustainable solo practices serving low- and modest-income Texans.

TOJI helps lawyers gain the skills and knowledge to run a business and find personal balance while practicing law. Lawyers who join TOJI receive 12 months of group training and personal coaching delivered virtually.

Most importantly, being in TOJI means being a part of a supportive, vibrant community of like-minded entrepreneurs. With greater diversity in the TOJI community than in the State Bar of Texas at large, TOJI aims to create an inclusive statewide network for professionals who care about serving others.

If you want to start a solo practice that positively impacts your community, apply now! Applications are open September 16-October 21. Check out TOJI online, or follow on Facebook or Instagram.
