Any member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas, upon the payment of dues for the current year, shall be enrolled as a member of the section.
We would love for you to join our section. There are two easy ways to join:
1. Join online via the link on the State Bar My Bar Page or
2. Download the printed Membership Application and either mail or fax it in.
Dues Amount: $25
Any law student who is in good standing as a student at any ABA-accredited law school or any law school for which ABA accreditation is pending is eligible to enroll as a law student member of the Section. Law student members have all the rights and privileges of Section membership except they may not hold themselves out as members of or licensed by the State Bar and may not vote. Law Student Membership is free. Please complete the below form to sign up today!
